  We live in Fitiuta-Leusoali'i Ta'u Manu'a since April 2001. This is how long we have always worked together with Ace before it became Neil Ace Hardware in American Samoa.   I went in for a car battery. The employee was busy but immediately took me the area where the car batteries are. He asked a few important questions: what type of vehicle I had and the year so he can give me the battery right for my truck. After locating a battery, he asked if he could see the truck to make sure. He saw the battery in my truck and said he knows the battery for my truck and gave it to me. So grateful for his concern and desire in making sure I get what I need. Love the customer service at ACE!
