::I went in for a car battery. The employee was busy but immediately took me the area where the car batteries are. He asked a few important questions: what type of vehicle I had and the year so he can give me the battery right for my truck. After locating a battery, he asked if he could see the truck to make sure. He saw the battery in my truck and said he knows the battery for my truck and gave it to me.
