  The place isn’t bad but the guy with the Harry Potter glasses and mole on his mouth needs to be replaced, he does not know what customer service is. If he doesn't know the answer to your question, he passes you on to the next person and says go ask someone over there. Majority of the staff do not have English comprehension. Too bad the only one that can understand English is not helpful
