  Wire transfer done, after 3 days still didn't go through I had to literally go in person to find out that it is due to an invalid Routing number but I called ahead a day earlier the customer service saiqd they will call me to explain what happened...never happened. Please, I know you are not FDIC Insured but please do a better Job for Local Community... Thank you for the Recovery but do it right the first time and no repeat...pls

  Still needs help considering their wait times. Also, their bank registration says it's registered with the New Zealand Association of Credit Unions, which I find odd but hope that's just an error on their cards. Also, they really need new management or at least train them better. They took away $600+ for a loan from my mom's account even though my mom didn't cosign the loan. I'm still working on getting that back, but they're making it very difficult. I will never bank here myself. It's so ridiculous how you can put in so much and get no interest. I'm fine banking with my off-island bank. Also, I would like to know why every time their employees come across something, they run to their supervisor. Get better training for your employees, please, and give them more power because it's slowing things down.

  The staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice mobile banking app. There might be long line but their staffs are working tirelessly and doing their best to serve in fast but accurate ways. They keep smiling even they are tired.

  Yes I love TBAS.. their service and everything is the best, but there was one thing that I really need help with regarding my online banking, I didn't receive any emails about my pw and un and all off the sudden I received and email saying log in to my online banking your Estatement is ready to to be review" I'm so confused so I try entering my email and any pw that comes to mind, so from there I got locked out and I called in for help and the operator was very mean🤦I was very happy that it was the first time I called and someone finally answer the phone and she seems very tired and doesn't want to help me out with my situation but aye e best a le walk in love the cashier smile every time makes me wanna withdrawal more and more money...
