  Pay for BBQ by the pound! Oka is typically very good with a slight spice, Tabasco waiting for you for more. Not always consistent, but these guys definitely try. Fish is firm and local, 7$ range for a small cup makes this oka a little bit pricey; I have taken people and seen their very first cup of oka be free. Don't expect handouts exclusively. Much alofa, support!

  While we were in American Samoa to visit the National Park, we happened to meet the owner of this restaurant. I’m so glad we stopped to eat here because the barbecue chicken was delicious! They also have fresh, locally caught fish that looked good. Definitely recommend eating here!

  The bbq is friggin awesome! Although I don't eat oka(raw fish with coconut milk) it's pretty good. Price can range from $5-$20 depending on how much food you take. They have chicken, turkey tail, sosisi (hotdog), oka, banana, and rice. I don't know about taro. PJK is visible from traffic and you can't miss it they have a sign in the front advertising their bbq. Pretty good bbq.
