I do not recommend O&O Car Rental to anyone visiting American Samoa. I truly hope that the management sees this and train their employees if they want to make good revenue on car rentals especially to those visiting American Samoa. Let’s start with customer service, very poor customer service and customer care. Ama, you need training and/or if you can’t handle customers it’s best you find another job because you are the real reason why car rentals are not profitable for O&O. I spoke with you on the phone 2 weeks prior to arriving and I thought all is squared away because my car arrangement was paid in full 2 weeks prior but the simple fact that I had to show up to the office upon arrival was a red flag đŸš© and I did not appreciate your tone of voice and your attitude (the rolling of the eyes was crazy). Whenever I would ask a simple question about my purchase, you would answer with one word then roll your eyes then proceed to be on your phone while a paying customer is in front of you is very rude. (Also, please be mindful when chewing gum while helping a paying customer because you are not a talking cow). You have given us such a hard time with this situation and again I hope your manager sees this and helps you improve your performance because your car rental will not be successful. Now let’s move on the cars, we were given a trashy vehicle. When we were given the vehicle it was dirty both inside and outside. There were cockroaches đŸȘł crawling inside the vehicle, the wipers were broken, the smell was horrible. My cousin who picked up the vehicle checked the vehicle and spoke with Ama about the condition of the car and did Ama want to get off her lazy butt and do right by maybe cleaning the car and getting it fixed before my cousin drove away? Nope, she did not ‌ She would rather take customer’s money and then do nothing again very sad. In order to start the vehicle and move the steering wheel, you’d have to step on the gas pedal while moving the steering wheel at the same time to get it started. The next day, I went to the office to get it swapped and AMA’s manager simply said to swap the vehicles and here goes AMA trying to have me pay the full amount for the other vehicle. Please make it make sense, you give me a vehicle in bad condition and your manager tells you to simply swap the vehicles to a clean vehicle and Ama, you expect me to pay again? Again, O&O train your employees to do better and to respect chain of command cause it is going to cause so much problems. We truly hope management reads all of the reviews posted on this site and makes necessary changes but if you are traveling to American Samoa and is needing a car rental please don’t settle for O&O because you’ll deal with the most ugliest customer service ever and drive the most unpredictable cars.

They showed up to the airport with the rental 30 minutes late. And then they gave us a car with a shattered windshield. There were so many things wrong with this vehicle so I asked if there was any way they could give us a different car. It's almost the end of the day and we haven't heard from them. So sad to think our island is actually renting out garbage to visitors. Please do better!
