::I had a great experience with my rental from Jason. He picked me up at my AirBnb and dropped me off at the airport at the end of my rental. The car was fine, clean and good AC. Jason is very personable and I like to support small business owners. There was some small miscommunication with English translations and there is a cleaning fee I was not aware of but I would not hesitate in recommending Jason for your American Samoa car rental.

::Great service, good cars, fair prices. Jason picked me up before and dropped me off after the rental. I got a blue Ford Escape with super good A/C. The car was clean and ready to go when I got there. Jason honored the military discount which as a retiree, I very much appreciated. Recommend!

::DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE. If you are seeing this when considering rental DON’T. If you’re seeing it on your way to the airport CANCEL. Find something else. If you are already in their car RUN. We got a car INFESTED in bugs of all kinds including bed bugs. When we called them to report the issue and requested another car or a refund, Jason told us to come back. We went back, he offered another car which was “brand new” even though it had a massive dent on it, but that car also had bugs in it. The owner then got extremely defensive and somehow blamed us and refused to give us a full refund. Then he was sketchy as hell and tried to make us sign some paper before he even handed us the money. At the end of the day after getting yelled at by him for over 15 minutes he gave us a partial refund but refused to refund the “cleaning fee” ironically since the car had not been clean nor did it need to be cleaned after we used it for only 30 minutes. Whenever we left the shop (in the pouring rain) and started walking to our hotel, the owner started chasing us screaming at us.

::Absolutely amazing! When he says have faith and trust in Jason, you can believe it. I took my family of four to Samoa. Was super communicative. I am the type of person that asks way too many questions. And he answered them all making me feel I could trust him. He met us personally at the airport. Took time to explain the rules of the car agreement. And when we returned it, even refunded some funds since I returned it a day earlier than agreed to. The daily price was reasonable and affordable. I had a tough time finding another rental car due to a convention that was happening and Jason helped me and my family have a great trip. If I ever go back to Samoa. I would use his services again. Best experience ever! Great owner.
